Description: An Eastern spice with a deep red colour and lemon flavour. Used primarily in the Middle East.
Uses: It gives a pleasant lemon flavour to all kinds of meat and kebabs. Try it in marinades, dressings, soups, stifado and rice, as well as with seafood, vegetables and green salads.
Combinations: Combine with paprika, chilli, ginger, pepper, sesame, garlic, parsley, rosemary, thyme and oregano.
